                  SYARIKAT KEJURUTERAAN KENALI SDN.BHD (SKKSB), a bumiputra company was incorporated on 1 of August 1983  and has ventured in the business of housing development and building construction. It has been known amongst the property developer and contractors in the region as a reputable and reliable property developer especially when it has proven to have expanded its operationsince establishment throughout the various states in Malaysia.

 

 (Syarikat Kejuruteraan Kenali Sdn.Bhd) are entirely members of Hj Nik Taib Bin Haji Mohamed’s immediate family, Hj Nik Taib , a genuine Bumiputra businessman an entrepreneur with 40 years of experiences is the moving behind the dynamic policies the company. at The Ages of Younger he was start the enterprise business early 1945'S and Start begin his Bigger with 70 Worker Is Syarikat Kilang Bata Kubang Kerian Early 1967's after that began as a geninue developer Company Jasa Binaan Early 1977's 

 

When he passed away I 1990, his son Hj Nik Mohd Zaid Bin Hj Nik Taib  & Nik Mohd Yusoff Bin Hj Nik He pass Away May/2017 ,  was entrusted to continue with the vision by establishing SKKSB  as a business and property development vehicle, together with his immediate family members, notably his brother ang brother in law who are full time with the company. With 20 years of experience’s in property development and construction industry, Hj Nik Nohd Zaid Bin Hj Nik Taib & Nik Mohd Yusoff Bin Hj Nik Taib, together with the support of his immediate family members, all with tertiary education and professional training of various disciplines shall turn SKKSB into an established, successful and well known business organization in the region in the near future.

 

Due to the adoption of positive management philosophy, it has been to create the confidence and interest in the company professionals. As a result, the company has a very strong management team and pool of fulltime technical staff coupled with full support from associate consultant’s nd professional firm to undertake any project a company of its size usually does.

 

 

Now , SKKSB with the help of experienced professionals and management team has turned it into a market oriented organization which place purchases as the most important element in the business of housing and property development.

As far as the market trend in the housing and property industry is concerned NCSB strongly believe that “ Purchaser Come First” policy will help to ensure the survival and healthy growth of the company in the near future, Insya Allah.

 

The main objective of the company is to develop and grow as a leader in the building civil engineering construction and property industry with the ultimate aim of becoming a public company in the near future so that it can contribute towards  making VISION 2020 a reality.

                 

The company with the help of modern technological tools and professionals of various disciplines will undertake to design, develop and construct buildings to the taste and expectation of our clients with emphasis given to the societal and environmental well being without losing the qualities of durability and comfort.

 

It is also the objective of the company to contribute actively in the country’s development of moral and social values in line with the government’s objectives and policies and dynamically participate in the economic activities in support of the envisaged VISION 2020 as inspired by the government.

The purpose of Al-Khairiah Foundation is to enable Yayasan Al-Khairiah undertake activities Construction of mosques, toilets and wells, boarding orphans, orphans fund, duat, zakat distribution of annual / financial aid and investment. In addition, the Foundation also established Al-Khairiah hostel orphans in order mentarbiah orphans. Foundation wants orphans are educated as parents to educate their children at home, which not only provide protection (shelter) and eat only adopted but also religious upbringing and moral priority. In addition, academic studies are also very closely so that they can be successful and future careers. Therefore, the Foundation is able to find funding for them get a better education by hiring teachers to teach their tuition. Similarly, the Foundation does not hesitate to ask for public donations to complement the facilities in this hostel for orphans at this.
