Syarikat Kejuruteraan Kenali Sdn. Bhd. (SKKSB) vision is to strive to be an efficient builder and to offer our customers a prompt, courteous and effective delivery services.  We are committed to provide a high standard of quality in all aspects of its operation and to continually satisfy the expectations of our customers.

We shall ensure :

  • the needs of our customer are clearly understood and met through close liaison at all stages of the work.

  • all work is conducted to a high professional standard with technical and commercial integrity.

  • handle and deliver products and services in a manner that is not detrimental to the Environment or to the Health and Safety of our staff, our customers, and the general public both inside and outside our facilities.

 

SKKSB shall provide and maintain its service to its customers that:

  • the quality policy is upheld and  supported by management at all levels;

  • staff responsibilities and duties are clearly identified;

  • staff are appropriately trained to enable them to undertake their tasks and given appropriate authority within the scope of their responsibilities;

  • sufficient resources are provided to facilitate the work;

  • quality plans are applied in the management of all projects;

  • all appropriate documentation is maintained, controlled and archived;

  • periodic audits and reviews of staff and project work are undertaken to ensure that standards are maintained and opportunities for improvements sought.

 

The company has implemented an internationally  recognized QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM ISO 9001:2008 - and will continually improve our products, services and management system.

 

The Company's objective of consistent high quality performance is met by mandatory adherence to procedures, through staff training and the development of personal responsibility for all employees, together with the provision of adequate resources, according to the principles of Quality Assurance.

SKKSB quality policy is further based on the following four principles:

  1. The Company is responsible for reviewing our service provision processes, identifying the potential for errors and taking the necessary action to eliminate them; ensuring that tasks are completed in the most cost effective and timely manner for the benefit of all our customers, large and small.

  2. The directors are charged with the provision of an ongoing staff training and development programme so that the quality policy is understood, implemented and maintained at all levels within the Company.

  3. To further ensure that the policy is successfully implemented, Surfability staff members will be personally responsible for fully identifying customer requirements, and ensuring that the correct procedures are followed to meet those requirements.

  4. All personnel are responsible for ensuring that when mistakes are made, they are recorded and rectified quickly, and are not repeated.

Ultimate responsibility within the company rests with the Board Of Directors; the Quality Managers, as a management representatives are responsible for all matters pertaining to the Quality System.
